Most of the Ontario Ministry reports can be found in BusPlanner Pro under Government > Regional Reports > Ontario. In BusPlanner Web, the "Cancellation Report" can be found under Reports > Other > Cancellation Report.
Notes:
•If you are running the cancellation report for past years, and you have removed the past year’s database from BusPlanner Web, you need to add the old database back into BusPlanner Web in order to properly run the cancellation report.
•If the Cancellation Report produces an error message that says, “Could not generate report. Errors in log file.”, navigate to Professional > Site Administration > Log Viewer to view those errors.
•Rows in this report are unique by Date, Run ID, and School BSID. •If an alert is posted for a route, then all runs for that route will be included in the report. •The “From” datetime picker on the report page is defaulted to the time that the report was last ran. •The report only shows alerts that have a Message Type that has a Message Type Classification set to “Cancellation”. •Alerts show up in the report based on the posted time for the alert, not the planned time of the run. •Students on transfers are only counted in the run counts for the run their pickup/dropoff stop is on. oAM stops: We count a student on their first run (Pickup>Transfer Dropoff), but not count them on their second run (Transfer Pickup>School Dropoff). oPM stops: We don’t count a student on their first run (School Pickup>Transfer Dropoff), but do count them on their second run (Transfer Pickup>Dropoff).
