The Email Subscribers report allows you to send an email to all of the current subscribers. This allows Site Administrators to send a universal email to all subscription members.
Note: All Alert emails will include an Unsubscribe option by default. For more details, see Unsubscribe to Alerts.
Email Subscription Options
•Validated – Allows the user to choose if the emails created should be only sent to valid users or not or if that should be ignored.
•Enabled – Allows the user to choose if the emails created should be only sent to enabled users or not or if that should be ignored.
•Send - This will send the message to the subscriber group specified in the options.
•Send Preview To - Users can send a test email to view it in a mail client before sending out the actual email.
Note: The preview does not include the unsubscribe link, but the unsubscribe link will be visible when the email is sent.
