The BusPlanner Subscription Service is a tool that manages alert emails & messages which are generated for subscription users. The BusPlanner Subscription Service is a service that needs to be installed on the BusPlanner Web machine which works in conjunction with the settings on the main site. The viewer allows users to see the number of emails that are currently waiting to be sent out as well as the number of emails that have been sent out over a given period. Emails from BusPlanner Web and Workflow are sent through the Subscription Service.
